Structure & Characteristics
1. SPEED REDUCER
-
Durability: The gearbox contains a 3 stages planetary speed reducer, running smoothly with no radial force, thus extends life of bearings and gears.

High precision: It is made of processed alloy steel hence the heat treated hardness is at least HRC50' with high precision grinding, thus it runs quietly and smoothly.

Low noise level: Under a no-load running, a concealed design well improves the noise level below 75db.
-
Free from maintenance: With all oil pool seal design, special lubricate oil with durability, under normal condition, almost free from any change, almost free of replacement, and no oil leaking concern.
2. DRUM
-
The drum is constructed from a high-tension, seamless steel tube which is lathed by a high precision machine.

The rope grooves are manufactured by the precision mechanical cutting, which provide the groove with smooth surface. As a result, it allows wire rope operate without quick wear out. .

Meets the ISO 4308/E FEM 9.661/86 specifications.
3. HOISTING MOTOR
-
Three phase squirrel cage inductor motors with starting torque reaches 250%, therefore efficient for full load start.
-
Special diversion wind tunnel design with cooling fan, excellent for cooling to maintain low temperature.

Thermostat is the standard equipment, it will activate when the temperature reaches 120°C, it can prevent the motor from over heating.

All specifications meet the IEC standards.

Standard L-series are fitted with single speed or two speeds (ratio of 1:3) squirrel cage motor depends on the customer request.

The minimum protection is IP54.
-
The insulation class reaches the highest H design, temperature endurance reaches 180'C.
-
Hoisting motor are classified as 40%ED (switch frequency is 240 times/hr).
-
IP55 or 60% ED(switch frequency is 360 times/hr) is optional.
4. BRAKE
-
The dual-disk electromagnetic brake features automatic braking in the event of a power failure.
-
Brake can be manually released to lower the load in the event of a power failure or malfunction without special tools.
-
D.C. electromagnetic brake system link up with the motor movement, faster reaction, better heat dissipation, strong mobility control and easy to adjust.
-
Brake disc (Asbestos-free) under proper usage, may reach approximate 1 million times of braking operations.
5. HOOK SET
-
The hook is forged with high strength, high resistance against wear and when critically overloaded failure happens gradually instead of abrupt rupture.
-
The hook pulley cover prevents any object to be entangled.
-
With thrust bearing enabling hook to swivel 360 degrees.
-
Equipped with safety latch to ensure operational safety.
6. EQUALIZER
-
Equalizer is free to swing, it has rotation part supported by bearing provides smooth operation and intact lubrication system insures long life span.

Closed protection cover design prevents rope from slipping out.
7. ROPE TERMINAL HEAD AND WEDGE
-
The rope is winded and integrated as a whole. It meets the FEM 9.661/86 specifications.

The rope is secured by means of wedge design that prevents rope from getting loose, easy to maintain also extends the wire rope life span.
8. WIRE ROPE
-
The rope has at least 5 times safety factor, high tensional strength, wear-proof flexible steel can enclosure bending fatigue.

The rope lubricated with oil which prevents rusting.
9. UPPER AND LOWER LIMIT SWITCH
-
Upper and lower paddle type limit switch are easily adjustable, easy to maintain with high accuracy and reliability.
-
This is a safety device that breaks the operation circuit and prevents the hook from over-traveling.
-
If choose to install the rope guide, upper and lower limit switch would be installed on the rope guide as a rope guide version limit switch.
10. EMERGENCY LIMIT SWITCH
-
In the case when first stage upper limit switch failed to cut off the main power, the emergency limit switch would secure safety.
-
When the hook touches the emergency limit switch, it cuts off main power supply instantly. (Hoist would still under control when electromagnetic connector jammed)
11. CONTROL PANEL
-
Electromagnetic contactor is operated through push button switch or remote controller.
-
Electric parts and cables are clearly labeled, so it can be repaired and maintained easily.
-
Reversing contactors are mechanically interlocked for added safety.
-
Control box has high water resistance, dustproof and the endosure meets European CE electric 73/23/EEC standard and IP54 specifications.

Standard main voltages are 3Ph/380V/50Hz and 3Ph/415V/50Hz and standard control voltages are 24V, 48V, 110V. Other main and control voltages are also available by request.
12. TROLLEY LIMIT SWITCH
-
The trolley limit switch is easy to adjust and maintain with high precision and reliability.

This safety device can stop the control of push button switch and prevent the trolley from over traveling.
13. TROLLEY MOTOR
-
High starting torque, space saving and low current which allows long operational periods.
-
Aluminum alloy cover, easy to dissipate heat, light weight and elegant.

Standard motor comes with single and two speeds (ratio of 1:3) squirrel cage motor depends on the choice of customer.

The motor tail end equipped with the D.C. electromagnetic brake system, easy to adjust the mobility and braking distance can be adjusted by the requirement.

The minimum protection is IP54.
-
The insulation class is E, temperature endurance reaches 120'C.
-
Operation frequency is classified as 40%ED (switch frequency is 240 times/hr).
-
Impact buffer is an optional device, as it avoids the starting impact which increases the life span of the reducer.
14. PUSH BUTTON SWITCH
-
The On/Off button allows you to cut off power by pressing the button on the controller rather than the primary power source.

The advanced features of water-proof and dust protection improve its flexibility and durability.

Emergency stop as our standard specification is the added-on safety device for our valued customers.
15. OVERLOAD LIMITER
-
Mechanical overload limiter comprises of the compressed spring with high safety, stability and sensibility, large adjustable range, suitable for all models and capacity, purpose to prevent over loading.

In the case of excessive over loading, the load limiter cuts off the power of motor to prevent object lifting.
-
Easily adjustable, it can be switched to a lighter workload limit.
16. ROPE GUIDE
-
Easily disassemble design, ensures the rope is winded into the correct groove, rope will not cross therefore it increases the life span of rope.
